The villa is ideally located, just 187 metres from the beach and close to all the attractions of the Emerald Coast. This is a villa divided into 2 units wanting separate you can rent separately. Upstairs which would be the main we have 3 double rooms (2 with double bed and one with two single beds), 2 renovated bathrooms, one with chromotarian shower and one with hot tub. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has both electric oven and microwave and also has a dishwasher. The living room has a beautiful ceiling with wooden beams, sofa bed and Tv. The equipped terrace runs along the house and has a lovely sea view of the Madeleine Archipelago. On the ground floor there is a depandance with double bedroom with its own bathroom with toilet and sink and shower and sofa The shower is outdoors with hot water (very nice and useful in summer!) Possibility of rent. Next door is a storage/laundry. The garden is very quiet and cozy and there are some comfortable loungers ideal for soaking up the afternoon sun. The décor is original and dates back to the 1970s. All the furniture in the bedrooms are made by local craftsmen and are very well maintained. The floor of the main house is unique and made of a typical local wood, juniper. The 2 main bedrooms have air conditioning as well as the living room and the house is equipped with heating.
Strategic location, only 187 meters from the beach, 100 meters from the nearest restaurant, and 500 meters from the renowned Phi Beach.
