Dimora San Francesco, on the first floor (without a lift) of a small building is situated at the vivid University area of the city. The apartment, completely renovated opens directly into a living room furnished with a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs and a flat screen Tv. The kitchenette, equipped with everything necessary for cooking, it is characterized by a balcony with 2 stools, comfortable and practical for a quick snack. The elegant bedroom offers a double bed with bedside tables, lampshades and a spacious wardrobe with a mirror. The bathroom, with the resin flooring is equipped with a shower and a washing-machine. In Dimora San Francesco the light shades and the perfect fusion between modern and antique style predominate and all these, embellished with a painting on the wall depicting an ancient map of the city. The apartment is provided with air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, Wi-fi and can host up to 4 people.

Dimora San Francescco is situated just a stone’s throw from the ancient city, at the eastern part of the neighborhood called “veronetta”. The term (initially had a pejorative meaning) was created in 1800 during the invasion of the city from the Napoleonic troops -in fact, it comes from the French “veronette”- in order to indicate the part of the city, the left part of the Adige river, still under the dominion of the Austrians. Today, the eastern part of the city has become a University neighborhood, since there we find the main Departments of the University of Verona. As any other area of the city, it is rich with buildings of remarkable historical/artistic interest as the church of San Paolo in a romantic style, the church of San Tommaso in a Gothic style, the GiardinoGiusti with its all’italian gardens and the Palazzo Pompei that dates from the Renaissance, today Museum of Natural History. In the heart of the neighborhood you can find delightful local and ethnic restaurants, shops and workshops, or just crossing the closest bridge, you can reach the historical center where Arena, Piazza delleErbe and the famous House of Juliet are and you can also find shops, bars and restaurants where you can taste dishes of the traditional local cuisine.
