This lovely home with country charm is located in a very central location and just moments away from the centre of historic Cambridge. The home is flooded with natural light, making the living areas a great place for gathering with friends and family. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. Once a viewing is confirmed, we provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.
The home is spread across two floors with the entrance level on the ground floor. The living room is located in a separate room on the left side on the entrance hall and it comes with comfortable sofas and armchairs. It features a flat-screen TV and plenty of books, ideal to relax after a long day exploring Cambridge. The kitchen comes in a very spacious and bright open space and it’s fully equipped with state of the art appliances. It’s ready to be used and it’s a great area for communal activities. The dining room is next to the kitchen and it comfortably seats all guests. This open space living area also opens up directly to the private patio at the back of the property, the perfect area to enjoy a meal or a drink during sunset. On this floor, guests will also find a toilet room for added convenience. All the 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and come with comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and the other two bedrooms feature a double bed and a bunk bed respectively. The bathroom is located next to the stairs, it’s clean and neat and it features a shower. The home is also provided with high-speed WiFi and offers lots of space should you want to get some work done. The home offers parking spaces both at the rear and the front of the property and it can comfortably park up to 3 or 4 cars depending on the size. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the house at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The home is located in a lovely neighbourhood in Cambridge, close to many picture-perfect Cambridge University Colleges and is walking distance from many of the town's attractions such as the Bridge of Sighs, Kings College Chapel, the Round Church and countless other attractions. The area around the home has a lot of cute local shops, culture and many great restaurants and coffee shops are close by. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and has a lot of green spaces and small parks.
Given the location of the home, most of the town is within walking distance. Trains as well as bus routes closely connect Cambridge to most other cities in the UK. There are affordable Taxis and Uber as well as public transport available should you not want to walk.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. Once a viewing is confirmed, if you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
