Welcome to this lovely house which is located on the top of a hill, just by Pula Golf in Son Servera. From the terrace and the pool area you will be able to enjoy amazing views to the countryside and the see which is a few kilometres away.The house has 250 m2 and the whole plot has an extension of 90000 m2. It is located in a rural area and the garden which surrounds the house is full of different trees and plants. The outdoor of the house is beautiful. The chlorine pool is 9 x 4 meters large and has a maximum depth of 1.8 meters. Next to the pool there is an area with 8 sun beds where you will be able to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean weather. On the first floor there is a little covered terrace with sofas where you can chill out and admire the views. Between the pool area and the house, there is a 100 m2 terrace, where you can protect yourself from the sun. You will find some lounges, sofas and a porch with table and chairs, so you can organize meals outside. The house has 4 double rooms. One of them is on the first floor and has a double bed. The other rooms are on the first floor: two of them have two single beds each and there is one other room with a double bed. All rooms have closet and exterior windows. There is an option to accommodate a ninth person. For that purpose, an extra bed (foldaway bed) will be set up. There are three shower rooms in the house, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. On the ground floor, just on the entrance, there is a sitting room with sofas. There is another living-dining room which is located in an old cellar and the walls are made of Majorcan stone. In this room you will find two comfy sofas, satellite TV, WIFI, and table and chairs for 8 people. The kitchen has a table and chairs for all guests and everything you might need during your holiday: microwave, toaster, lemon squeezer, gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and a lot more. There is as well washing machine, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed on request do not forget to ask!This house was built 200 years ago and remodelled in 2014.The area of Artà and Son Servera, where the house is located, is perfect to spend a nice holiday as you can easily access to different charming places: Parc Natural de Llevant (natural park), Costa dels Pins, the beaches of Canyamel and other touristic areas where you will find all the services as Cala Millor. In Artà you will be able to know the real traditions of Mallorca. During the first week of August they celebrate their town holiday, which are one of the most popular of the island. On Tuesdays there is local market in Artà and the town becomes a lively place.
