The floating house is built on a pontoon and is reachable comfortably through a footbridge. Both the bedrooms are located right over the water; hence you will feel that the house is rocking like a cradle. Right in the morning you can enjoy the view of glistening waves. Also a comfortable shower room is on this floor along with a 30 square metres, circular terrace, where you can always find a beautiful spot on water. The light-filled living area with a modern kitchen is on the top floor and can be reached through a staircase. This floor is designed like a loft without a wall and is especially bright and inviting due to its ceiling-high, panoramic windows. Enjoy a view of the surrounding waters from here. There is a terrace in front of the living room and is equipped with upscale outdoor furniture, where you can relish a relaxing breakfast in fresh air. Above all, there is a roof with a huge sundeck, from where you can enjoy the bustle of sailboats passing on the water. Enjoy the cool breeze on water in summer or snuggle comfortably on a sofa with a view of the autumn storm that is brewing outside. These floating houses provide a special holiday experience in any season. You can warm yourselves in the sauna after a long walk along the beach. This floating house is a small dream especially for the sailors, as there is a private jetty, where you can moor boats of lengths up to 10 metres. Please let us know in advance, if you plan to arrive with your boats. There is a small cove with a sandy beach for swimming in the Baltic Sea Resort of Olpenitz. The kilometres-long sandy beach guarded by DLRG that stretches till Schönhagen is also located nearby. As the pricing is very flexible, this resort is ideal for any kind of holiday, such as, a spontaneous short trip, a long weekend, long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in quieter seasons, especially when the Baltic Sea beaches offer a lot of space and the homes become very cosy. The direct view of the Baltic Sea is naturally pristine, wonderful and priceless, but some of the spots (towards the mainland and over the Schlei) lack the view as the property is still under construction. The area near the house is also under construction and the property includes a parking place that is available temporarily. Children must be carefully supervised due to the ongoing construction activities. Rental price is calculated based on the construction situation.
