With clean and basic rooms, the villas are adorned by modern furniture including comfortable couches and a sofa-cum-bed. The kitchens are fully functional with all essential electrical equipments. The bathroom in the three bedroom villa also has a bathtub, for those looking to soak themselves in a hot tub. The villa has an outdoor pool with open areas around it.
The equally appealing apartments come with modern, wrought iron decor. The living spaces has a sofa set, television and a close-knit dining table. The kitchens are equipped with refrigerator and gas stove or a hot plate. The bedrooms are spacious and with ample of natural light.
The Neighbourhood
Closely situated to Colva beach, your stay in the Florida Gardens will be all about beach visits. It is only two kilometres away. A leisurely walk will take you 30 minutes and a drive will be barely 10 minutes away.

The shopping street begins only 750 metres away, as you walk towards the main Colva Beach Road. There are plenty of shops and quirky beach stores in the area within the 750 metres radius too.

1) More than 60 days from check in date, 100% refund,
Between 30 - 60 days from check in date, 50% refund,
Below 30 days from check in date, No Refund.
2) No Refund for the December and January Bookings.
Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
