Underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation, air source heat pump, WLAN Internet access and a hot tub on the terrace (included in price).
For summer use only lakeside sauna. Can be used from May until the end of October.
In the sauna's washroom there is cold water hose from well, the water can be heated in a pot.
Sauna building has a living room with minikitchen, metal fireplace / baking oven, TV, electric heating, solar lights, an alcove with double bed and loft with 2 mattresses.
From terrace stairs to the pier. Villa is located on 0.5 ha hillside plot, to the lakeside sauna and to the beach wooden path.
This place is rented only for families and other customers that enjoy peaceful Holiday.
In the yard there is a playground for small children (2 - 5 years old), where swing for small children, small trampoline, sandbox and toys.
In front of a lean-to a place to barbecue, gas grill, charcoal grill.
