The home is an original victorian era country villa with 6 bedrooms, three fire places, and large kitchen to cook in for gatherings. Ample room to enjoy with loved ones, but enough space to find a corner to yourself for a little private relaxation. Situated in the heart of the Green Mountain National Park of Vermont, this is an absolutely perfect retreat for the entire extended family. Sure to be a vacation that you, your family, and your loved ones will remember for years to come. something for all seasons. Winter, spring, Summer and Fall, Vermont is a truly magical corner of the world. New England is the oldest and most scenic part of the United States. Steep in traditions, the area provides so many things to do its impossible to list it all here. With outdoor activities for all seasons, no matter when you decide to visit you will find something amazing to do for every member of your family. The house is located in an area that provides easy access to several major ski resorts in each direction. all winter activities can be easily researched and planned for. All seasons provide ample opportunity for fishing and hunting for the outdoors man. Biking and hiking, motorcycle rides through the winding and scenic streets. Antiquing in every direction. You can be out and about for hours and hours, or you can stay in and sit by one of the many fireplaces in the house and on the property. there are serval outdoor fire pits to choose from, sitting on a stone bench and roasting marshmallows, or swinging in one of several hammock or swinging chairs. a great spot to sit by the outdoor fire pit and read stories to each other. the pool is set up on the hill and is open from May till October and there is a large fire pit at each end of the pool that make for a warm coat environment to enjoy the pool even on those chilly nights. there is a massive fit pit for large gathering (however this must be scheduled well in advance for fire safety reasons, supervised set up and use and also weather permitting. )not available during dry seasons) there are simply to many things to do to list it all here, but whatever you choose, you will surely find this home and general area to be a spectacular treat for the entire extended family.
