A self contained cottage is located on a nice acre farm with plantation. It touches a beautiful lake and surrounded with farms, hills and forests. The lake flows into a perennial river which caresses three sides of the farm, before cascading into a waterfall. The picturesque valley that has three waterfalls uniting into a tributary, leads you onto the River Kundlika.
At the Lake, you could swim or row to the most scenic part of the lake for a relaxed picnic. You could take a nature walk on the track by riverside or bullock carts up the country road, go on a guided adventure trek down the river, or may be an expedition to the neighboring valley and hills, have fun rock climbing, camping or just frolic under the cascading waterfall. You could even try your hand or polish you at the driving range or have a friendly a volley-ball / cricket / Badminton / Carrom / Table-Tennis / Chess .
And for those of you are sick of being cooped up within four walls, cottage built in inside the water with an exhilarating panoramic view of the beautiful surroundings, or doze off gazing at the stars at night. those of you who are more adventurous, we also ride tented accommodation (with fan and lights) by the river-side. We provide Maharashtrian - Konkani cuisine, cooked with farm fresh products. We serve authentic pure veg food / dishes which include significantly variety of freshly cooked Jain & Gujarathi dishes. We can also serve you other delightful cuisines, to suit your palate. You could start your day with chai and breakfast in a Dinner hall by the riverside.We could pack a picnic hamper to go along on your trek down the river Kundalika. And after the sun goes down, we offer the variety of nocturnal activities such as, barbecue, bonfire and buffet in a Dinner hall. These are just a few suggestions that you could indulge in. Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
