Loud Music not allowed. Strictly no Smoking,Extra guests must be paid for over 4 people.,This is not a party house- Strictly no parties or loud noise past 9pm allowed as we have permanent neighbours around us. ,Pets are allowed but we ask that they keep off the beds and the furniture and any mess is cleaned up after them.
