The villa, located close to Alghero, is just a few minutes drive from the beaches of Bombarde and Lazzaretto, the most beautiful beaches of the Riviera del Corallo. The villa, for the exclusive use of our guests, is ideal for 6/8 people. Inside the villa there are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one bedroom with two single beds + 2 additional beds). In the house there are 2 bathrooms with shower. In the garden near the pool there is an outdoor shower. Gazebo with table and barbecue. In the house there is a living room with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen. The washing machine is located in the laundry area. There is air conditioning in the villa. The villa, furnished with extreme care, is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the pool and the large windows in the living room, which overlook the covered veranda and the lawn, with a breathtaking view of the magnificent garden. The villa is at the center of a large lawn with olive and palm trees. On the lawn, in front of the veranda there is the private swimming pool (16 x 5) with a lower part suitable for children and a higher part where you can dive. Around the pool there are deck chairs and parasols. The villa and the garden, for the exclusive use, have been designed for the safety of younger children. The area where the villa is located, very close to the city center, is very quiet, but not isolated as there are numerous villas inhabited all year round. Close to the pool there is an outdoor veranda with barbecue, table, chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners close to the pool.
