The space:

★ This immaculate apartment has two bedrooms. Each room has a nice double/queen bed with quality linens. In the living room, there is additional sleeping accommodation with a double-sized sofa bed. The apartment's living room has comfortable, nice seating and a television. It opens directly onto a delightful balcony and connects to the kitchen and bedrooms.

The galley-style kitchen has beautiful cabinetry and offers bar-style dining where you can enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee. (Don't forget you can also enjoy your balcony!) The kitchen is well-appointed with a microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, refrigerator, and stove to facilitate meal prep. You'll find everything you need for meal preparation - but we do encourage you to head out into the nice surrounding neighborhood and try some of the excellent local cafes and restaurants!

The extra conveniences in this charming accommodation include WiFi, air conditioning, solar water heater, washing machine, and iron. We provide towels, soap, hangers, shampoo, and toilet paper. ★


Athens:

★ The extraordinary city of Athens is one of the world’s oldest spanning more than 3,400 years. In recent years, it's enjoyed a resurgence in tourism and popularity. You can easily visit ancient monuments and ruins from this apartment, and the city is home to two UNESCO World Heritage sites: the Acropolis and the medieval Daphni Monastery. Also, within easy commute are some nice seaside communities easily reached by tram or bus. ★

★ Herodion theater is an ancient theater where, today, 6000 people can attend the Athens Art Festival, musical concerts and classical tragedies under the night sky with a marvelous acoustic experience.
★ Acropolis Museum is an archaeological museum built to house the artifacts found on the surrounding slopes from the Greek Bronze Age to Roman and Byzantine Greece.
★ Acropolis Hill is an ancient citadel housing the remains of several ancient buildings, including the Parthenon.
★ Plaka is the oldest district in Athens built near the Acropolis with pedestrian streets full of cafes and tavernas.
★ Monastiraki is a very old neighborhood in Athens known for its flea market.
★ Thission is a historical place, a lovely community with a broad pedestrian street.
★ Zappeion Hall is located in the National Gardens of Athens. There are more than 70 neoclassical sculptures and fountains. You'll find nice cafes and restaurants nearby.
★ Kifissia, like Kolonaki, is a wealthy neighborhood and known for excellent restaurants and bars and upscale shopping.
