The Space
The 6 apartments are located in a villa recently renovated (2013), on the waterfront of Torre Chianca, right opposite the lido "l'approdo". The proximity to the sea is a big advantage: you only have to cross the street to reach the beach.
Five one-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 4 people - ideal for a couple with 2 children, or for a party of 4. The apartments consist of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. Two apartments on the ground floor have a private garden in the backyard, other two apartments on the first floor have a private terrace on the backside.
The other only two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor accommodates up to 7 people - ideal for larger families, or a party of +4.
Multi-family groups or larger groups of friends (+4) have the possibility to rent more apartments in the same building.
Guest Access
Common areas includes a play area for children, car parking (1 car per apartment), barbecue, terrace sea view.
Umbrellas and sun-chairs at the lido in front are available at a surcharge.
Towels and linen available at surcharge (10 Eur per person per change).
Interaction with Guests
I may spend some of my holidays in one of the apartments. When I am not there, my niece will assist you for any need you may encounter.
The Neighborhood
Torre Chianca is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. During the day you can take advantage of its wide and long free beach or prefer one of its equipped lidos. Regardless of the wind, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the sun and sea on the beach in complete safety (especially for children). In the evening you can enjoy the calm of the cool summer evenings by the sea.
Nearby, there is a supermarket, where you will also find a wide range of local dairy products; a little further, there is the Bakery/rotisserie/patisserie, where you can enjoy other delicacies of the Salento tradition.
Getting Around
Although Torre Chianca town is connected to Lecce by public transportation, it is recommend to have a private car to move around in Salento independently, to discover its natural, historical and architectural beauties.
The strategic location of this site allows you to decide spontaneously to go to Lecce after the sea for shopping and spending an evening among the Baroque streets of the old city center, or to discover other beaches of the Adriatic or the Ionic coast. In fact, you need just 10 minutes by car to reach the city of Lecce, while in a little more than half an hour you can reach the most famous beaches on both sides of the peninsula.
