The property offers 3 spacious living units, two Deluxe Rooms & one Suite Room. The guests rooms in the main house are on the first floor. The space for living and sleep intermingle with each other. Space, light, air and sight are the forefront of all the units. Large glass sliding doors offer a panoramic and unhindered view of the landscape and the Niligiri Mountains. Ever changing vistas and hues ranging from misty mornings, village scenery with cows passing by to golden sunsets are a treat to watch.
The sobriquet “The Blue Mountains of Ooty” unfolds truly here. The whole building is placed on the north/south axis so that the course of the sun can be followed by you.
The Deluxe & Suite Rooms are on the first floor and offer a majestic view of the Nilgiris and the landscape of Bandipur and Mudumalai in the distance in shades of green. The high ceilings and glass louvers allow the winds to pass through so that the rooms are never to hot even during the midday heat. Comfortable marble sit-outs invite you to take a book and read.
In all we can take in 15 persons and therefore Privacy is guaranteed and it’s this that our guests get in ample measure. Being a homestay they are treated as guests of the house and aren’t just customers in a hotel. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and we offer the luxury of space and privacy. No we don’t have swimming pools and cable television. We wish the guests get a chance to connect with nature and their inner self.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
