Our 4 bedroom luxury villa (Bungalow) located in the heart of Vasai west, an ex-Portuguese colony, is ideal for a family get-together or relaxing. The property has a sprawling garden with landscaped lawns, ample parking, and our small personal org farm.
The garden lawns and the greenery surrounding the villa is one of the highlights here. It's beautiful in the monsoon especially, and really cool in the winters. We have covered parking for 2 cars and 3 more cars can be accommodated within the compound. Sometimes, a 1 or 2 of our own cars may also be parked on the premises, so guests may have to accommodate a little.
(For the dog lovers) We also have 2 large family dogs, German Shepherd and Boxer, who are quite happy for the attention.
The property also has caretakers who look after everything, so you don't need to worry about cleaning up after. If you don't wish to cook food for yourself, we can arrange for cooking of local cuisines on request (charged separately), for fresh meals prepared in our kitchen for your convenience.
There are television sets in 2 of the bedrooms and a large screen TV (+music system) in the living area for entertainment.
Guests can feel free to use our kitchen during their stay, including all equipment available there. You can either bring your ingredients or have them picked up by the caretakers. Our caretakers are village folks with limited linguistic skills, so "Hindi" is the only language they'll understand. You can have them run basic errands if required. Do tip then well if you're happy with them.
There is nothing off limits as such, you're free to use the entire property and all rooms. Guests just need to keep away from private wardrobes in the bedrooms, unless specified otherwise. Special mention of the kitchen here: you're free to use the kitchen and equipment there.
2 of the main bedrooms have a separate study area with a desk and chairs. Also, 3 of the bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor have private terraces each. All bedrooms have double beds but extra mattresses can be arranged in case required.
Smoking is allowed on the property, except inside the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private terrace which can be used for smoking. Elsewhere inside the house, smoking is no problem and No loud music after 1 am, please
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
