The owner runs a small restaurant at the weekend in the adjoining building and also cooks for the guests on request. At weekends the pool can also be used by other guests of the house. The hamlet is a little off the beaten track, about 10 km above the Tiber Valley, in the borderland of Umbria, Tuscany and the Marches. The nearest town is San Giustino (14 km), a small town with supermarkets, restaurants, bars and weekly market and the splendid castle Castello Bufalini; In Sansepolcro and Città di Castello (each at about 16 km) there is also a rich cultural offer: museums, art galleries; In the summer months markets, festivals and concerts in the main squares. In an hour drive you can also reach Arezzo and Urbino (50 km), Perugia (70 km) and Assisi (80 km).
