Housekeeping is providing for free once a week. Additional housekeeping may be available upon request for a small fee.
All utilities are included in the booking price.
The registered guests are enjoying the privacy of their condo and have direct access to the secure private entrance to the adjacent mall.
The swimming pool and garden can be used by the registered guests, while the gym, conference room and entertainment room are for homeowner's use only
As you will be living alongside regular long term tenants / homeowners in a residential property, the registered guests to the apartment are required to observe and respect the quiet times as well as all other rules and regulations of the residential towers.
No parties or large gatherings are permitted
Access to the residential property is only permitted for registered guests - a copy of a government issued valid photo ID will be collected at check in and all personal details of the guests will be required for obtaining security clearance to the residential grounds.
The maximum occupancy of the unit is 3 adults and 2 minors ( fees apply ).
Over occupancy of the unit may result in immediate eviction from the property
Temporary visitors will need to present valid government issued ID and register in the visitor's log by the property's security - no visitors are allowed to sleep overnight in the apartment and are not allowed to use the pool and community spaces.
Smoking is only permitted in the balcony - a deep cleaning fee of 200 USD will be imposed at check out if smoking inside the unit.
Friendly: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 15 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 6 to 15 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
