Stay was fantastic, its a really good place and i enjoyed my stay here
4000+ sft villa on a 10,000 sft plot of land. Fully furnished with all amenities like a TV, Refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven and hob with gas connection. The villa has 3 bedrooms all with attached bathrooms, Living room, Dining room, Family room with sofa cum bed and a powder room. The villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens with flowering and fruit trees. Parking for upto 3 cars is available within the property.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Unmarried Couples not allowed. Stags / All Male Groups not allowed.

The stay was pleasant, the property is located in a private location, Neatly maintained. And a good caretaker. But there was no water in one bathroom out of the 2. Jacuzzi was not working, and no hot water. 3 rooms in the property, where only two are air conditioned. Also extra charges of 650/person to use the swimming pool. we were a large group where we had to end up paying a lot for the pool.

The property was good and also enjoyed the stay. But felt if there was a cook available, that would have helped.
