Immaculate brand new model home! 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Gorgeous quartz island with barstools. Professionally decorated house comes with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful pool just completed with fire bowl accents. Spacious backyard, very relaxing. Home is complete with lots of new board games and amenities. This home has 5 beds that are queen or larger. Unbelievable Sonos sound system with custom sound zones throughout the home. The pool can be heated for a cost of $50 per night stayed. Heating the Jacuzzi is included in your rental price.

Loud Music not allowed. Pets not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. Heating the Jacuzzi is included in the rental price. However pool heating is extremely expensive and will cost $50 per night. Thanks for your understanding.
