I'm a owner of some apartments in the same building. This is an apartment on the 2nd floor,( there isn't elevator and there isn't wifi). In the flat there are: an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a mezzanine . The house is for maximum 2 people. Important: the key you will take is, for security reason, the only copy. Don't leave the house keys inside and don't lose them otherwise you will pay the penalty for the blacksmith's call and the new lock (250 Euro)
The building is in the district of San Lorenzo. A youth district famous for its ancient Roman restaurants. The area is equipped with all the services: banks, pizzerias, carrefour open 24 hours a day, buses, trams and taxis.
The nearby stations are:
- termini station: about 800 mt
- Tiburtina station: about 400 meters
From the airport:
Fiumicino: Leonardo express train to Rome termini (ticket costs about 10 euros per person)
Ciampino: take a bus to the train station and take a train to Roma termini.
In all airports you will find shuttle / bus / shuttles to Rome.
For taxis the best apps are: mytaxi and uber.

The air conditioning isn't included in the price. It is an etra service that if you ask it by airbnb and the payment only by airbnb. The cost is 5,00 euro a day.
The tourist tax of the municipality of Rome is not included in the price. The cost is 3.50 euros per person per day. You pay at check in and you will have to fill in the sheet for the municipality.
