Two bedroom apartment located on the beachfront in Calpe. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living-dining room, a kitchen and a terrace with sea views.

Building built in 1980 and located on the first line of the Fossa beach in Calpe. It was one of the first buildings built on this beach. It has views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach.
The building is shaped like a half circle and is made up of 5 portals and 13 floors. Each portal and floor has 4 homes. Each portal has 2 small lifts with a maximum capacity of 4 people.
It has a communal area with 3 swimming pools for all ages, areas for sunbathing and direct access to the promenade.






Calpe is located in the heart of the Costa Blanca, in the region of Valencia, this former fishing village has been transformed into a tourist magnet, because of its ideal location easily accessible by freeway and is approximately an hour's drive from Alicante airport.

The town of Calpe has a wonderful mix of ancient Valencian culture with modern tourist facilities. Thanks to its Ideal location from there you can explore the local area and enjoy the beautiful local beaches. In Calpe you will find three of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca. 


The landscape of Calpe is dominated by the imposing rock of Ifach, which reaches an impressive 332 m, rising almost vertically above the sea and is a nature reserve. From the top you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views and on a clear day, you can see the island of Ibiza.



Thanks to its great history to begin to know Calpe, we recommend starting from the old town, or the Moorish quarter. It is worth visiting the ancient walls and the Old Church of Gothic-mudejar architecture which is the only one left in Valencia with this particular style.

In the city of Calpe you will find pieces of history in every corner. Next to the modern Paseo Marítimo you will find the remains of a Roman villa, which was part of the Roman fish factory. Overlooking the Mascarat ravine are the ruins of Calpe's Moorish castle and throughout the local countryside are typical rui-rau farmhouses with arched porches for drying raisins.

In the surrounding area there are many international restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines from around the world, but we recommend that you try the cuisine of the Costa Blanca which combines the delights of the Mediterranean Sea and the land. Thanks to the many civilizations that have lived in this area (celts, Iberians, Greeks, Romans, Muslims), gastronomy has been pleasantly influenced.

The Costa Blanca abounds in fish, rice, vegetables, and olive oil, essential ingredients to prepare delicious and healthy dishes, such as Valencian paella, Señoret rice, black rice, baked rice, arroz a banda, among many other delicacies.
