The building is composed of two independent houses (our villa and the next one where are living local people), that share the outdoor area, the pool, the terrace, and access to the building.
It has an outdoor shared swimming pool 12x4m, terrace, private barbecue area and porch.
The interior of the house of 400 m2, has spacious rooms distributed over three floors. 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Ground floor: interior area with barbecue and extra kitchen with dining table, as well as double bedroom and bathroom. Acces to the pool and garden area.
First floor: large kitchen, living room with access to the terrace overlooking the pool. Three bedrooms, a games room and two bathrooms.
Second floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom.
