Villa Giorgia, located in La Ciaccia, close to Valledoria, is an elegant newly built residence, designed for the comfort of guests, with large outdoor spaces and large terraces furnished with outdoor furniture overlooking the Gulf of Asinara.
The villa, full of natural light, has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, independent swimming pool, large garden with private parking and barbecue.
The modern and linear interiors and the light and relaxing colors make it the undisputed destination for families and groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together close to the beach.
The kitchen adjacent to the living room is the fulcrum of the villa and communicates with the large covered and furnished veranda where it is possible to eat all together in the cool of summer.
The veranda is furnished with a large table for 10 people so as to offer our guests the opportunity to eat outside during their stay.
Inside the villa and adjacent to the kitchen, the large living room offers a comfortable lounge with Tv corner, wifi and table for 10 people.
The Villa
The villa is divided on three levels connected to each other by the internal staircase.
Overall, Villa Giorgia has 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which have an en-suite bathroom.
In support of the 5 bedrooms in the villa there are 5 bathrooms. 3 in the room and two for service to the other rooms.
The villa is equipped with an air conditioning system in the living room and in the bedrooms on the first floor, while in the rooms in the tavern (very cool in themselves) there is a ceiling fan.
The large internal and external spaces that characterize Villa Giorgia, as well as the modern architecture with an elegant impact, offer the guest a pleasant feeling of space and freedom.
In the garden there is a barbecue, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal when returning from the beach, where you can use liquid soaps.

Villa Giorgia offers indoor parking and various outdoor spaces including the garden furnished with deck chairs and umbrellas.
The guest has the entire property area of the villa at his disposal. Six comfortable deckchairs are available to the guest, as well as the outdoor furniture, two umbrellas.
