The large covered veranda furnished with outdoor furniture frames a natural setting where the colors of green and turquoise are the masters.
The villa consists of two floors joined together by an internal wooden staircase.
The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms, hallway and 1 bathroom with shower, while at the level of the veranda there is a large living room with sofa, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fireplace and large window overlooking the covered veranda and the sea.
Outside the house, in the basement, there is a rather simple annexe with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower at the entrance. This third room can accommodate up to 8 people.

How to get to Stintino
By car
From the Costa Smeralda airport of Olbia (146 km) you must first reach Sassari via the Ss 131 and continue towards Porto Torres to take the Sp 57 (Olbia - Stintino).
From Alghero Airport (67 km) you can reach Stintino passing through Porto Torres and continuing to Stintino (50 km | Alghero - Stintino).
