Your family will have a great time in this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse style condo. The main floor features a galley style kitchen, an ample size living/dining area equipped with a hide-a-bed, a LOPI fireplace surrounded by a brick enclosure (firewood NOT provided), a walk-out balcony where you can hear the Nooksack River running by, plus one bedroom with two twin beds, and a cedar lined ¾-bath. Ascending the staircase to the top floor brings you to a wood lined loft bedroom reminiscent of a cabin with one queen sized bed, plus a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, and one full bath. This tastefully decorated and WIFI equipped family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Smoking inside Property not allowed. Quit times are between 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time.
