Finca for 8 people near the Vall D′or golf course and the beaches of Portocolom, Portocristo, Cala Domingos and Cala Murada with sea views, pool, wifi, fully equipped, surrounded by nature. Distribution of the house: On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, they share a bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry room that has a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron and an outdoor terrace to hang clothes, the Ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with 2 single beds, they share a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, coffee maker, access to the dining room with access to the porch facing the pool. The living room has windows overlooking the sea, it has a sofa, a two-seater Tv, a table to work with the computer and a corner with toys and a table for children. Exterior: There is a porch with a table and 8 chairs to eat and contemplate the panoramic view of the sea or the sunrise on the east coast of Mallorca, in front of Cala Domingos and Cala Murada. The pool has a handrail bar to facilitate better access to it. There is an outside shower, 8 hammocks and 3 umbrellas, we have an outside dining room with gas barbecue, table and 6 chairs to eat, plus a large freezer. We have ample parking for about 4 cars and a porch for 1 car. This farm consists of about 16000m of stone wall totally fenced, with access through a single entrance to the farm with a barrier. This house is located on a hill surrounded by nature, many pine, carob and almond trees, as well as other vegetation. Surroundings: The closest beaches are Portocolom, Cala Murada, Cala Domingos, Cala Antena, Tropicana, Cala Varques and many of these beaches are natural, to get to them you have to walk. It is located 15 minutes from the Drach caves in Porto Cristo and 5 minutes from the Vall D'or golf course and 15 minutes from the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador de Felanitx where you can contemplate a panoramic view of the entire Levante area of mallorca.
