This suite we've nicknamed "The Metropolis" is 10 minutes from the Indianapolis Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, and Fantastic Delicious Restaurants as well as excellent tourist attractions. We offer Free private parking with room for 4 vehicles directly behind the apartment! The Metropolis is also Incredibly spacious with plenty of space for air mattresses.
The Space:
This Apartment is perfect for anyone looking to visit the heart of downtown and live like a local. It has a beautiful atmosphere and provides more privacy than your normal hotel stay. You'll have a lot more space to stretch out and relax. You deserve to relax! This apartment is a quick 10 min drive to the convention center, Lucas Oil Stadium, & Bankers Life Fieldhouse. You are within reach of everything downtown has to offer without the hustle and bustle of the busy city. The shopping is amazing with one of the biggest malls in the State "The Circle Center Mall" which houses the Regal Cinema Movieplex with a connecting parking garage. We also provide you with free private parking directly behind us. You have at your disposal a full kitchen, Living room & Master bedroom. You also have fast and easy self check in so you may come at the best time that suites you and your travel needs, no need to check in with me. Most guest love how cute and relaxing the tiger suite is with all the best amenities you need such as fast wifi, A smart Roku TV with access to free Netflix and Hulu, as well as fluffly towels and comfy linens. Your host is very responsive and ready to help with anything you may need while you stay. We appreciate you giving us a chance to provide the best hospitality while you travel. Guest Access:
You have your own personal porch entrance and the Entire Apartment to yourself. There is also Private Parking directly behind the Suite.
Interaction with Guests:
I am readily available through the messaging portal of your booking channel by chatting with me. You also will have access to my phone number once booked.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood has been reviewed by prior satisfied guest as quite. The Irvington neighborhood is older & has young families with school aged children and grandparents as neighbors.
Getting Around:
You may use Uber, Lyft or a Taxi. Renting a rental car would also give you the freedom view to all of what Indy has to offer at your own leisure. Also the bus route is a 2 min walk to the bus stop.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
