Just 600 meters from the beach. The village is located in Porto Santa Margherita, 4 km south of Caorle.
The listed accommodation is a two bedroom apartment for up to 6 people with terrace to enjoy eating outside. It is located on the first floor with elevator. The apartment has a double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds, there is also a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Tv-Sat, microwave, washing machine, electric coffee maker, hairdryer, safe and tall fridge with freezer.
Free access to the swimming pools, for adults and children. Private parking.
The central garden is equipped with a playground, and is protected from the movement of cars. The villas have outdoor parking spaces, the apartments have a common garage.
Check-in from 16:00 to 18:00. Upon request until 23:00, after 23:00 it will no longer be possible to check-in. Extra 30 € for late check-in after 18:00. Check-out until 10:00.

- Optional air conditioning to be paid locally. One and two-room apartments 35€ per week. Three-room apartments 40€ per week. Villas 50€ per week.

Porto Santa Margherita is a wonderful and renowned seaside resort in the Veneto region, near Caorle north of Venice. It has great beaches on the Adriatic, fascinating fishing traditions that can be glimpsed on an excursion along the waterways of the Caorle lagoon. There are wide sandy beaches and a lovely promenade. The beaches are very well equipped, lined with rows of sun beds and umbrellas.
Ideal for family or group of friends. Bike rental available. You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many sports from Tennis, Bowls, Beach Tennis, Beach Volleyball and Beach Soccer to water sports such as Kayaking, Windsurfing, Canoeing, Sailing, Parafly, water skiing and fishing. You can enjoy excellent food in all the many restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops of the city and go shopping in the numerous souvenir shops, clothing stores and supermarkets with gastronomic products.
