private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV. The holiday homes of the Green Park Village are newly built and equipped with all comforts for holidays in complete freedom. The
available types are:
Classic two-room apartment for 3/4 people (26 sqm + 10 sqm veranda approx.): Double bedroom, living room with sofa bed / 2 single beds, bathroom, veranda.
Two-roomed / cottage 2/3 places (21 sqm + 6 sqm veranda approx.): Double bedroom, living room with single bed, bathroom, veranda (no kitchenette / small hob).
Formula aparthotel including: bed linen (with weekly change), bathroom linen (changed twice a week), air conditioning, TV, hairdryer.
Services: The Green Park Village is equipped with many comforts including swimming pool with hydromassage, multi-purpose tennis / soccer / volleyball court in illuminated synthetic grass, entertainment
with mini club and junior club, amphitheater for dance evenings and organized shows, children's play area, bar, private beach, internal car park, restaurant,
supermarket with tobacconist's and adjacent newspapers, pharmacy and riding stables in the immediate vicinity, internal parking spaces located on two levels in the hills included (parking is
included only if carried out in the indicated areas, outside these areas the parking is subject to a fee of € 10.00 per day which will be deducted from the deposit). Possibility of
book excursions on site.
Beach: The private beach of fine sand is 200 meters from the hotel and can be reached by crossing the road. The beach service includes 1 umbrella and
2 sunbeds per apartment starting from the 3rd to the last row.
