The Riad Dar Foundouk is a traditional Moroccan house, located in the Medina (ancient city) of Marrakesh close to the famous Djemaa el Fna Square and the Souks. It features 4-star equivalent accommodation.
Each room at Riad Dar Foundouk has its own bathroom and toilet, and there is a swimming pool, Hammam, Spa and nice roof terrace where all guests may relax and unwind. Some guests may wish to enjoy their meals on the terrace.
The hosts serve Moroccan meals for dinner in the dining room. After diner, the guests can relax in the elegant lounge while using the free Wi-fi access.
The helpful staff at the guesthouse will be happy to organise a range of activities on your behalf such as cooking lessons and massage etc....
The Riad dar Foundouk is only 7 km from Marrakesh Menara Airport. It is also a 10-minute walk from Jamaâ El Fna Square and 50 metres from Ben Youssef Medersa.
Airport transfers can be arranged if required. Prior notification is essential (flight number & arrival time).

It is strongly recommended, even essential to book a driver in advance with us for 2 people in a minibus the prices are : (165 Dirhams at day Time, 220 Dirhams after 18H00 and 330 Dirhams after 00H00) according to your arrival time. This option will guarantee you not to have to negotiate a taxi on arrival but especially to be put down in 2 minutes on foot of our Riad.
The taxis which you will take by yourself at the airport risk strongly to leave you far from the Riad, to charge you more expensive 50%, and even more that at night (from 7:30 pm) and it will be very difficult and adventurous for you to find the Riad. If you have to ask a local person to show you the way, he maybe will ask you for 11 Dirhams the Minute!!!

If you choose the option that we organize your pick-up from the Airport till the Riad, our driver will be waiting for you inside the airport with a sign with Palais Tinmel and the payment will be made on your invoice, we will need your Flight Number With Your Arrival Time Please!!!. Planes being often late and not to keep waiting your driver too long thank you also to warn the Riad.
Again please note that if you choose the shuttle airport, we will need your flight details (flight number and arrival time) so that we can organize the transfer and it's not Free.
Should the opposite occur, I recommend you to ask for Place Du Moukef Medina Marrakech, which is situated near the Riad and is accessible in taxi.
Furthermore, the riad has a car, you can, by reserving in advance the driver, benefit from it. The price of the race will depend on the schedule and on the place where you will want to go.
Wi-fi is provided throughout the property. Car rental and paid private parking are also possible on site and Marrakech Airport is a 25-minute drive away. Medina is a great choice for travellers interested in markets, shopping and street markets.
