The villa is split into two levels with all of our upstairs bedrooms having en-suites. The top level has a private pool and large terrace. There is a large plasma Tv in the living room and master bedroom. Both levels have their own kitchens, living/dining areas. The lower floor has its own private balcony, Two bedrooms with one bathroom and one shower room. Two groups of people can use the villa together but at the same time having their own private areas. The villas can sleep up to 8 people so two families can share their holiday experience together but still have their own private space.
The villa is located over-looking the ocean and are nestled amongst the jungle canopy. Our luxurious private villa offers the perfect alternative to crowded hotels and noisy resorts. Only 10 minutes from the busy resort town of Lamai, with its wide range of restaurants/bars, shopping and beautiful sandy beaches. Then 5 minutes to the south is the charming fisherman’s village of Ban Hua Thanon, with its fish and fruit market. The Butterfly garden and Aquarium further along which leads off to another quiet un spoilt part of Samui. Many of the major tourist attractions are easily accessible from the villas by car or motorbike.

The villa itself offers luxury accommodation for up to 8 people. The top floor villa can be used privately for up to 4 guests or two groups can share the villa and apartment allowing accommodation for up to 8 people.
If renting only the top floor villa, the apartment on the lower floor will remain empty to ensure you have privacy and exclusive use of the property.

Note: The villa is not rented out to separate bookings. So if you only rent the top floor villa the lower floor apartment will be kept empty for privacy.
