Located on a plot of over 3000 sqm in Papetoai, in the beautiful Oponohu Bay, north of Moorea, this typical Tahitian house is directly on the lagoon. It has a very large seaside and a pontoon for mooring a small boat or to make great dives!
Its huge garden planted with many plants and coconut trees, offers countless parking spaces, but above all a limitless ground for all outdoor games.
Freshly renovated, the Vaitetorea house has a modern interior, spacious and bright, with an area of approximately 180 sqm. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
On the ground floor is a large living-dining room with an open kitchen fully equipped. A TV and Wi-Fi are available. The living room opens onto a deck terrace facing the sea.
The ground floor is also equipped with a separate toilet and a laundry room.
The parental room, calm and fresh, directed towards garden, has air-conditioning, cupboards and a direct access on the bathroom.
Upstairs, by a beautiful red staircase, we reach the other 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms each with 2 single beds. They open to the sea with a breathtaking view of Oponohu Bay.
Outside, in the shade of coconut trees, there is a garden table and a barbecue for outdoor lunches.
Despite a beach not very sandy, the lagoon offers a magnificent spectacle for snorkeling lovers, it is also easy to get into the water with one of 4 kayaks and 3 paddles, all new, made available to travelers . An outdoor shower is even planned for the exit of the water!
Finally, to facilitate the movement of its occupants, this holiday rental also has 4 mountain bikes at their disposal.
