A 3 BHK airy independent Bungalow, 1 Km from Malavli Rly Stn ; 8 Km from Lonavala ; 60 Km from Pune and 110 Km from Mumbai. Surrounded by greenery with the Karla hills on one side and Bhaje Hills on the other and the Indrayani River streaming nearby.
Our Holiday Home gives the visitor the rich experience, fullness, and complete refreshment. Here the visitor feels at home, no matter from which part of India or the world he/she comes from.
The rooms are airy and have enough light. On the one side you have the Karla Hills and on the other side the Bhaje Hills surrounded by greenery and the River Indrayani streaming in close proximity. The closeness to nature can be felt here. Being a Hill Station, the climate is slightly cooler than Mumbai.
Our homestay is situated about 4 Km from the 2nd Lonavla Exit on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
Local Attractions: Lonavala is 8 KM away. Wet-n-Joy Water Park is 2 KM away. Bhaje Caves and Waterfalls are 2 KM away and adjoining the Lohagad and Visapur mountain range and Forts. Malavli Railway station is 1 KM away from where local trains from Lonavala to Pune halt. Karla Caves and Ekvira Devi Temple atop the Karla hills attracts pilgrims the year round. Other attractions in Lonavala are the Wax Museum, the Miniature World Museum, the Della Adventure Sports. The famous Lonavla Chikhi is available everywhere around. Pavna Dam is about 10 KM away. Paragliding is there at certain times of the year around 10 KM away.
Caretakers are available within the premises of the bungalow and are available around the clock. Kitchen facility is available and the caretakers can cook for you.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
