The air-conditioned house include a full kitchen with a microwave, a toaster and dining area. A fridge and kettle are also featured.
The house offers an outdoor Jacuzzi and nice outdoor place to relax.
Jomtien Beach is about 1.4 km from my place as Walking Street can easy go from beach road, this area have many restaurants and bars. The nearest airport is U-tapao Rayong-pattaya International Airport, 35 km away.

Great new renovated house with hot outdoor Jacuzzi and 2 bedroom with new queen size beds and sofa bed in the living room with nice dinner table og Big 55 Tv with Netflix and youtube.
My kitchen has a coffee machine, microwave, electric water kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes and glasses. I always keep the kitchen with coffee and tea etc. You have full access of the back yard and the Jacuzzi area to enjoy the warm Pattaya weather.
If you rent a car from me only 600 baht per day or bike 250 bath, you can park 50 meter from the house or inside the house. I have free bikes you can use :)

Even though the center of Pattayas nightlife is only few km away and you can easy take a taxi for only 10 baht.
The air is better!! Less traffic.
