The Space:

Rooms:

All 3 bedrooms are fully furnished with attached baths. We provide towels and toiletries. All rooms are connected to balconies or open terrace. Living room is furnished and equipped with Tata Sky cable network, LED television, Music system, inbuilt bar.

We can accommodate up to 18 people comfortably with extra mattresses. An inverter is present as well, in case of power failures.

Kitchen& Food:

Kitchen has all amenities like gas range, oven, toaster, juicer, refrigerator, pure drinking water, utensils, crockery, cooking oil, spices and ice. We don't provide any meals, and we can arrange for a chef at an additional cost. You can enjoy the fun of cooking with family and friends, or bring your cook or call food from outside ( veg/non veg all are allowed) There are many fine restaurants like Kinara Village, Karishma Dhaba, Shilpa's homely food kitchen, Kailash Parbat, Rama Krishna close by ( between 1 to 3 kms)

The menus and numbers are available at the Villa. You can order at any of these places, some joints deliver food some don't. If the restaurants are close-by, our caretaker will pick up, and help in serving and cleaning the dishes. BBQ is available at additional cost.

Villa outdoors:

This is a complex of 11 villas, (currently only 4 villas are operational) there is one main gate and then each villa has its own private gate, private lawns, and full privacy. We hope you don't need to use, but for safety first aid kit is available. Lawns have beautiful greenery, swing and outdoor furniture. The swimming pool is shared by owners and guests of all 4 villas. It is open all 7 days 24 hours.

Private car park space is available at no extra charge. We have a trained, young and helpful caretaker 24/7 to keep the place clean, assist you and make your stay comfortable. We make sure our guests are relaxed and comfortable.

Activities

The villa is not equipped with Wi-Fi. But certain places in the villa have a good 3G service.

We are surrounded by mountains and have many sight-seeing spots and good and hygiene family restaurants in the vicinity.

Other things to note:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property; Drinking isn't a problem inside the villa.
During monsoons, there may be a slight leakage in the villa.
The lawn may not be as lush as it is during the monsoons and may seem a bit dry during the summers.
Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire villa. They can access the villa and all the equipments in it. Ranging from a huge furnished living room and a dining area with an inbuilt bar, guests can feel at home. Vista Bella Rosa ensures all guests to have a worthwhile stay as they create memories over sunset or by relaxing by the pool. The luxurious bedrooms have attached balconies overlooking a mesmerizing valley view. Guests can be sure that their privacy is guaranteed.

The Neighborhood:

Step out of your Villa and tourism opportunities are waiting to be explored. You can visit the historic Karla caves or trek up to Rajmachi fort. Spend time at Duke's Nose and lots more. Visapur forest, Korigad and Lohagad forts. Rock garden, Bairamji point is all within accessible distance. The market and popular restaurants are also within easy reach.

Interaction with Guests:

The host is not present at the property, but is accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is also present to serve you on demand. Apart from this a trained and a responsible caretaker is also present at the property to solve all your queries whenever required. Thus a comfortable stay is assured altogether!
