The First and Second Penang Bridge in this vicinity also easily connects this place to the mainland and the Penang International Airport provides good domestic and international transportation.

Additional 2 extra mattresses are spared for additional guest upon request (RM25 each per night).

FYI we WILL NOT provide towel and shampoo due to hygiene concern.
• For long term stay, there will be a discount of 15% to 50% for stays of one week & above.
• We will provide 25 units of electricity & 800L of water per night for free
Any excessive usage will charged as electricity RM0.50 / unit & water RM0.50 / 100L
Interaction with Guests
We are friendly and happy owner. We are able to communicate in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, Hokkien, and Cantonese. So please feel free to drop us a message. Kindly inform us your estimate time of arrival 1 day in advance. Kindly be punctual on the agreed time, we will usually wait for 30 minutes +/- , after this we will reschedule the check in time with you again according to our best availability.
If you are from overseas, kindly send us your local contact number (once ready).
We will welcome you in the apartment during check in and pass the key to you. We will also introduce some basic facilities in the apartment and amenities nearby upon your arrival. We can provide information about famous local food, place to visit and share our culture. We enjoy hosting, like meeting people and learning their culture.
Important Notes to Guests
1) This is a privately owned apartment & thus does not have any reception. Please contact the owner 1 day prior to inform on arrival time & key collection. Contact details will be provided in the receipt.
2) Only 1 time housekeeping provided before guest check in, additional housekeeping can be arranged with surcharge of RM65 each time.
3) Due to hygiene concern, Please bring your own towel and shampoo.
4) Standard check in time 3pm and check out time 12pm.
5) Early check in or delay in check out can be arranged with us subject to availability.
6) Penang CityStay will collect a security deposit of RM 350 in cash only upon check in. This is refundable during check out if there are no damages, lost or massive dirt.
7) Please switch off all the air con and lightings in the house upon check out to save energy and to avoid electricity wastage.
House Rules
1) Maximum number of people allowed is Eight (8) – both adults and children, RM25 per person will be charged after 8 persons
2) Smoking, durian, pets and explosive materials are not allowed. Smoking is allowed at balcony area.
3) Facilities are to be used and handled with care.
4) Illegal activities are prohibited.
5) Any activities which may interfere with the quiet enjoyment of neighbourhood are not allowed.
6) This holiday home is good for rest and relaxes and it’s only suitable for light gathering. Big and noisy party is not allowed.
7) Guests are liable for any additional damages to the room or furniture.
8) Late night check in or check out services is not available.
9) Please remember to make a request to us if you want to delay check out. As it might cause delay to check in for next customer. Thurs, there will be a minimum surcharge of RM50 ringgit if delay check out without permission, subsequent hours is RM25 per hour.
10) Guests are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance, owner will not liable for any injuries happen in the house.
The owner reserves the right to terminate or refuse the lodging contract of guests if any of the above regulations are violated. In such case, no refunds will be given.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
