The lounge area has two comfortable sofas, sit and relax watching the 42" plasma TV with local satellite channels or watch a DVD (limited UK DVD's are provided) or take advantage of the free Wi-Fi. There is also a small sofa bed that can sleep one guest.
Leading off from the lounge area is the modern Italian kitchen, fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, frappe maker and much much more!
The dining area has seating for 6 guests, plus a high chair for the smaller guest.
There is a guest cloakroom downstairs.
The master bedroom with en-suite shower-room is lovingly furnished, bright bed linen, comfortable king size bed, dressing table and mirror along with full size wall mirror. Patio doors lead onto a balcony that overlooks the garden and pool – sit and relax in the warm evenings or early mornings.
In the second bedroom there are twin single beds, ample wardrobe space and drawers and in the third bedroom has a double bed.
Just across the landing is the main family bathroom with bath, overhead shower and modern sink and toilet facilities.
Included in the weekly rental price is 150 kwhs of electricity, if this is exceeded a charge of 0.30 cents per additional kwh will be charged and collected before departure.
Baby equipment are provided free of charge – travel cot and high chair.
