This is one of Sydney’s prime locations and is only a walk into the centre of the CBD.
The Space:
The apartment itself comes complete with pristine caeser stone bench tops in a very functional kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and has a European style concealed laundry with ample storage space. A two way bathroom also means you can enter from either the bedroom or the living area and again is very spacious.

This is a one bedroom apartment with a king size bed.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the middle of Potts Point, Elizabeth Bay whilst being extremely quiet and private. It is within minutes walk to some of the best restaurants and cafes in Sydney. You are able to walk to the naval base at Woolloomooloo, 15 minutes to the Botanical Gardens and just a little bit further to Sydney’s famous Opera house.
Elizabeth Bay was named in honour of Governor Lachlan Macquarie’s wife, Elizabeth. The area was originally known by the Aboriginal name 'Yarrandabby' and what is now Macleay Point was 'Jerrewon'.
Getting Around:
Eating
There are many wonderful restaurants, cafes and eateries right within walking distance from Italian, right through to Indian. If you like modern Greek food, Apollo on Macleay St. is fantastic. My favourite is Macleay St. Bistro for intimate dinners. Monopole, just around the corner is great if you like the buzz of Potts Point and the famous Kylie Kwong has Billy Kwong’s also on Macleay.
Transport
The 311 bus runs through Potts Point stopping right on Macleay St. and there are numerous other bus services as well as being only a five minute walk to Kings Cross Station. It is an easy to walk into the city from this location and will only take about 15-20 minutes but there is always an abundance of cabs to be found.

*An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
