‘feel at home’ Everybody has their own privacy and you can enjoy dining in the pool house. Provided in each room are towels and slippers.
‘attention to detail’ Every room has a separate, covered terrace. If you would like to have a ‘private’ breakfast in the morning, you can have it served on your own terrace. Otherwise we serve the breakfast in the pool house, near the swimming pool. Wheel chair access is available all around the Villa B&B.
‘a little extra’ We speak English and have a lot of experience in organising tours around the whole of Thailand. We offer memoriable excursion packages to discover Chiang Mai and beyond, all guided by a capable Thai, English speaking, tourguide. Package tours include trips to Sukhothai, Bangkok, Kanchanaburi or personal tours, made just for you. We can make hotel reservations and book domestic flight tickets with Thai Airways or Bangkok Airways. We can arrange a minibus with driver and we can contact good English speaking guides.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
