Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 baths located just minutes to the best that Nashville has to offer! For foodies, The Centennial is within walking distance and if you prefer to cook, West Nashville Farmer's Market and the grocery store are less than a mile away. As a newly built home, everything is brand new from our modern kitchen to bathrooms to all our appliances and furniture.
Enjoy the the comfy living space for the family, and the indoor/outdoor areas allow for effortless dining and entertaining. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms also have brand new king mattresses and high end luxury linens to ensure you get a great nights rest. We also have a high-end blow-up queen mattresses with plenty of extra linens and pillows. Therefore the house can comfortably sleep 12.
The place is tastefully furnished, with all modern appliances, great HVAC for those muggy Tennessee summers or the cold winters, and a fully stocked kitchen for your use!
