Adjacent to the lounge in this beautiful open plan area which is typical of modern living is a fully equipped kitchen, which boasts all the amenities needed for your stay, including a gas stove, two electric ovens and hob, double fridge/freezer, coffee machine and a separate scullery with washing machine and tumble dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto a cool back balcony facing the mountain with beautiful views of the Table Mountain cable car and the Twelve Apostles. This back balcony has a gas barbeque, an outdoor table with seating for six people to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun and an outdoor lounge area with comfy chairs for some afternoon shade. All rooms enjoy modern amenities, such as air-conditioning, heated towel rails and the house is fully secure and alarmed with state-of-the-art security.

The Cheviots offers a double garage for two cars and a large driveway with off-street parking for at least three cars. The beautiful beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton are just a short walk down the hill, as well as the vibrant beachfront with an array of excellent restaurants, trendy cafés and buzzing bars.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
