To ensure the enjoyment of all parties I ask that you observe the following house rules:
- Check-in is at 2 Pm and check-out at 11:59 Am. If you need to adjust these timings please do check with me and I will do my best to accommodate you
- No parties or loud music, please respect the privacy of the neighbors
- Unfortunately pets are not permitted due to consideration of other guests who may have pet allergies
- You will be given a magnet key and door key upon arrival. Non-returned items will be subject to a charge of $175
- In terms of cleanliness, I would very much appreciate it if you can leave the unit in the same condition that you received it
- Any breakage or damage within the unit must be reported before your departure so that we may settle the matter as soon as possible. No removal of any item from within the unit
- In case of any emergency in the unit, contact me immediately
- Apartment may not be used for any activity which violates local, federal or state laws
- Minimum Check-in Age: 18 with Government Photo Id for verification.
