The house has two floors. The main suite is located upstairs and has more than 600 Square feet with a nice balcony with a hammock, one double bed plus a single one, plus a 51” Flat T.v. Screen with Cable and Dvd Player, a cozzy chimney and a spacious bathroom.
The main room also has a desck and a reclining armchair.
San Fernando: Other features:

• San Fernando has large green areas and a children’s wooden playground.
• San Fernando has an adult pool: its depth ranges from 1.50 to 2.10 mts

• In front of the pool there is a kiosk with a sound system, chairs and tables,

• The interior of the house is very comfortable with a spacious living and
dining rooms that features a cable Tv as well as four other rooms.
• the hot Jacuzzy which can host over twelve people is located indoors and
has a ceiling covered with translucents acrylics.
• The two separate rooms for the Sauna and the steam bath are located right
by the Jacuzzy. All in the same place!
• On the first floor there are four rooms. The accommodation capacity is 25
people maximum, including children over two years of age.
