1)We have 5 Fully -furnished spacious Master Bedroom's equipped with all modern day amenities.
2)All Bathroom's have 24 hours running water with hot water facility.
3)The kitchen is completely functional with all necessary amenities required for cooking.

The Space:
Bedrooms
-The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms out of which 3 are Master Bedrooms.
-One room is located on the ground the floor and rest are located on the first floor.
-Each room has a King size bed and is equipped with A.C and Flat LED T.V with TATA Sky connection.
-We have a Wardrobe and a study in every room.
-Each room is provided with 2 Towels and 2 Hand Towels.
Living room
-The living is located on the ground floor and is extremely spacious.
-It has a seating arrangement of 5 and is equipped with a Flat TV. and A.C.
-The pool table is placed in a room, besides the living room and can be accessed by the guest at no additional cost!!!
Kitchen
-We have fully functioning Private kitchen, which can be used for preparing veg & non-veg meals.
-We have a cook, who prepares good home style meals.
-Guests can access the kitchen any time, by paying a gas charge of Rs. 200/- per day to the caretaker.

Bathrooms
-The villa has 3 Attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms.
-One common bath is located on the ground floor and one on first floor
-All the essentials like towels, toiletries are provided for guests.

-The Dining area is in the Kitchen.
- It has a seating arrangement for 4 guests.
-It is well lit and equipped with A.C.
Lawn
-We have private lawn inside the villa premises.
-It has a seating arrangement for 5 guests.
-The lawn is well maintained, always!!
Terrace
-We have a wonderful Mountain View from the terrace.
-We have an placed an intex pool on the terrace for the guests.
-It's 18 ft in length and 9 ft in breadth.
-We also 6 towels at the pool side.
-It can easily accommodate up to 10 guests.
-We have a nice seating arrangement on the terrace, which includes 2 Recliners and dining arrangement as well.
Guest Access:
The guest has access to the entire villa, all it's amenities and the parking.
Interaction with Guests:
About the Host-
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message.
Caretaker-
Mr. Joseem is present at the villa and is always accessible to the guest.
He is a localite and can help with arranging vehicles on hire and also guide you about places to visit.
He lives in a cottage attached to the villa with a separate entrance.
You can direct your queries to a dedicated stay manager.

We had 4 nights stay at this place. The villa was very well maintained, even though we had a last minute check-in. We had planned to visit Baga at night but then decided to stay and enjoy besides the pool, as the place was awesome for late night party. Cheers!!

The villa is ideal for late night parties. The view is beautiful. We had a great time on the terrace. The villa is very spacious and the stay was comfortable. The caretaker, Joseem was very helpful. Highly recommend this place to all!
