Athens 5 Senses is located under the Acropolis,in the historical centre of Athens, in Thissio, in one of the most authentic and vibrant districts of the city. It is in a scenic neibourhood, adjacent to Heraklidon walkway, 150m away from Ap. Pavlos pedestrian area, which connects all the significant places of the historical centre, the city’s “hotspots” and the vibrant downtown places. This fully renovated apartment is only a few steps from “thissio” urban train station and “keramikos” metro station. Acropolis and the new Museum of Acropolis, Ancient Agora, Herodion, Stoa of Attalus and other historical areas, such as Plaka and Monastiraki, are in a breathing distance from you, on foot. Thissio has got the characteristics of classical Athens but differentiates from other downtown areas because of its green.

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment at your disposal, either to indulge in high cooking or to make fast food or coffee. It has all the utensils needed to accommodate 4 people and potential visitors: a sink with two troughs, electric cooker with a strong extractor hood, dishwasher, silent fridge, microwave oven, French coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. In the kitchen area, there is also a built-in super silent washing machine. All appliances are of branded manufacturers and easy to use. The lighting of the kitchen is daylight type.
Have your drink at the home bar with the two stools at the house lobby. Enjoy a refreshing or relaxing shower in the bathroom adjusting the lighting of the spotlights on the top of the shower by using the dimmer switch. At the same time, you can have the necessary illumination for your personal care in your bathroom mirror. The bathroom has a window but also professional ventilation. The bedroom is spacious with an American type queen-size bed, of a larger height than usual for easy use by elderly guests and has an anatomic mattress. You can diminish the daylight as much as you wish with the total blackout roller blind. The closets of the bedroom are spacious and can fit many more clothes than those you need on a journey. The bedroom Tv is a flat Smart Led Tv 32 ' that uses state- of-the-art technology.

The furniture with the Smart Tv 40 '' has the potential to turn into a small wardrobe for your first demand clothes and clothes that should not be wrinkled. The lounge table can easily turn into a food table or a work table for professionals. Sit on the velvet sofa to enjoy your meal, breakfast or work with your partner or secretary using your laptop. Athens 5 Senses is located in Thissio, a traditional neighbourhood in downtown Athens, Greece, northwest of the Acropolis, 1.5 km southwest of downtown. The apartment is at a quiet location, only 3 minutes from Ancient Agora and close to all significant archaeological sites and cultural venues. In the middle of the famous Apostolou Pavlou Pedestrian Street, across Ancient Agora, you meet Herakleidon Pedestrian Street. After a 120m walk among beautiful neoclassic buildings, modern dwellings and cafes, you reach the Athens 5 Senses Appartment, your accommodation in Athens. Here, you will have the opportunity to move from the tranquility of the neighbourhood to the liveliness of the city within a few steps. It is an area with nice restaurants, taverns, outdoor cafes, bars. There are food markets, super market, pharmacy, Atm, bioshop and all kinds of shops you may need during your stay. The souvenir shops in Plaka and Monastiraki are only a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment is situated a few squares from “kerameikos” metro station and “thissio” urban train station. You can walk or catch the urban train and get off at the next station to find yourself at Agias Eirinis Square, a place that will introduce you to the most hip aspect of Athens, with house bars, cafés, restaurants and clubs, where all sounds and cultures coexist in a peaceful blend. In about 20 minutes’ walk, you can reach the top of Filopappos Hill and have a panoramic view of Attica. From up there, in a short distance, you see Acropolis and Pnyka (where democracy was born) and a bit further Lycabettus Hill and Ymittos Mountain. On the other side of the hill, you can see Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre) and Olympic Sites.
