The location is perfect and scenic. Also easy to reach and locate. We had a great time. The caretaker Bharath was v polite and helped us with anything we wanted. Thank you Look forward to visiting you guys again
The villa has 1 floors and a huge lawn.
- There is a 2 bedroom on the ground floor. This bedroom has AC, attached bathrooms
- The other 2 rooms are located on the first floor. 2 rooms have AC, attached balcony and
Bathrooms:
- All the rooms have one double bed each and 3 people can sleep in each room (extra mattresses would be provided)
Living Area:
- The living area is located on the ground floor and is spacious with a seating arrangement
- Dining space for 10 people
Kitchen:
- The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and refrigerator
- The guests have access to the kitchen and can prepare meals as per their convenience. (Only vegetarian food)
Lawn:
- A huge lawn area with a gazebo welcomes you as soon as you enter the villa
- The villa has a beautiful garden with swings, gazebo, seating area
Entertainment:
- Badminton, Carom, Board games are available in the villa
Other things to note
- There is an Inverter available in the villa in case of a power failure
- The lawn may not be as lush as it is during the monsoons and may seem a bit dry during the summers
- There are two guard dogs inside the villa premises
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay
- A refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of booking

This place is a perfect getaway if you are looking for a vacation which is full of scenic views and good times. Tiger point and Bhushi dam are very close to the property.

Ultra luxurious 4BHK property which is made with a big heart. each and every small thing and interior of the bungalow is made with great care. Beautiful garden, posh & silent locality. Caretaker Mr.Bharat is a very helpful and quick responding guy. Property is well managed and all amenities are available like Wi-Fi, Towels, Soaps, Shampoos, Drinking Water, Indoor Games like Table tennis, Carom, Chess, Ludo. The kitchen is also available if you want to cook your own foods (Pure Veg only). Refrigerator, gas stove & all utensils are there. Free Food delivery available from Lonavala Restaurant & Bar. TV & Swimming pool are not there. Enough parking space for 2 cars. Overall a great stay for a family and highly recommended.

The property is really beautiful & neatly maintained, I would like to add that if the breakfast can be provided then that will be great because we were traveling with kids & carrying tea bags & sugar along with us is impossible so the owner has to improvise here & provision of blankets should be given more should because of the monsoon season.But apart from this, the property is very beautiful, the owner & the manager are very cooperative & the care taker was very helpful well-maintained property.
