The location was really good and the staffs are very co-operative. But I would like to suggest that the owner installs AC, as it is very difficult to stay during the summer season.
Two 2 BHK bungalows located opp pawana lake 7km away from Lonavala Market. Ideal for couples family and small groups. Caretaker & Cook facility available.Accessible from express highway within 12 mins only. Depending on the availability of Mobile AC, it can be made available on request. There is no meals or breakfast been provided along with the tariff.
There is a kitchen been provided with all basic amenities, so the traveler's can cook their own food or the caretaker can prepare food for the traveller's [ on additional charges ]
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Unmarried Couples not allowed. Stags / All Male Groups not allowed.

The stay was good, but the property is very far from Lonavala it took 45 min for us to reach the property also the distance wasn't mentioned on the property.But the owner guided us through the way also the caretaker are very helpful.

The amenities shon doesn't exist. Only roof is provided with wall. Bedsheets never washed, geyser doesn't work, no sofa, no blankets, piloows. No regulator for fan, kitchen is empty, TV is disconnected, care taker says owners don't give spare lienen for wash, owner syas, caretaker is bad. All non sense, I lost my money, time & had bad experience. Decided now, not to hire individual bunglows which are maintaine by care takers. Instead, go for service apartments or the place where managing team is available.
