Senhor Nelson rents out two comfortably furnished apartments in the attic of his house, each with two or three double rooms, a living room, an open kitchen and bathroom. Both apartments can be reached via separate outside stairs, so that they can be rented completely independently of each other.
The Space:
We offer you the large apartment with 3 bedrooms for a maximum of 6 guests.
The house has free W-Lan internet access. In both apartments there is a smart TV with which you can surf the internet. There is also a courtyard with garden furniture where you can sunbathe during the day or grill some delicious fish in the evening.
The Neighborhood:
Lugar da Areia Branca is a very sleepy nest in which there is not a single hotel or holiday resort. But there is a small grocery store and two small cafés where you can get to know the friendly Portuguese. If you are looking for some variety, you can reach the next place "Praia da Areia Branca" in 10-15 minutes by foot via the country road, or you can walk approximately 900 metres northwards on the beach. Praia da Areia Branca is a typical bathing resort of the Portuguese. Fortunately, there are only very few hotels or holiday resorts here, but in August, there is a lot of activity on the beach, as many Portuguese from the surrounding area come for a swim. There is a lifeguard who looks after the right one and hundreds of typical beach tents that can be rented for a small fee. Some parts of the beach are guarded by professional lifeguards in summer. Those who want to escape from this hustle and bustle only have to walk one or two bays along the beach and already they have a bay to themselves again.
In Praia da Areia Branca there is a beautiful beach promenade with many small cafés and good restaurants. The place is especially suitable for families with young children, as there is a very nice and manageable nightlife and the contact to the locals is very easy. The express bus between Peniche and Lisbon stops almost every hour in this place. The district town of Lourinhã with large supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, health centre, Pharmacies, post office and bank are only 3 km away. A special highlight is the newly opened largest outdoor museum: Dinoparque Lourinhã nearby. Here you will also find the best surf spots in Europe.
Other Things to Note:
The prices are valid as a total price for 2 persons and include the costs for electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels.
Possible heating costs will be charged according to consumption.
For the 3rd to 6th person a supplement of 5 € per person and day will be charged.
The prices are only valid for bookings of seven days or longer.
Arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week.
