The property has boat parking at front and rear, direct beach access and an extensive outdoor living area from which to enjoy the view. While the ocean views from the rear of the property are definitely the main feature, an added bonus are the views from the main bedroom over Merimbula Lake.
Boat parking and hosing facilities are available at the front of the property with extra access for boat parking at the rear. Direct access to the beach is gained by a short walk through the nature strip. Merimbula is a ten minute walk and Bar Beach a six to seven minute walk. The local caravan park is conveniently located for emergency purchases of bread and milk.
