I stayed at this awesome place for two days.tarrif is extremely reasonable. Good for 2 couples. Adjoining kitchen is beneficial if you have little ones along. Care taker is highly cooperative, owner is very soft speaking. Pictures posted are 100% real. I give this place 4 stars. Keeping one star with me coz of 138 steps of stairs that you hv to climb, but keeps you fit. Thnx anju ji (owner) & puran (caretaker).

This place is in the center of the town. You walk down for 2 minutes and you are in the city center Mall Road. A little hi-cup may be for people who are a little fat as there are steps to climb from the Mall. But for a health conscious like me it was a nice 2-3 minutes walk up the steps. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The bathroom & Toilets too are clean and well maintained. There is a small kitchenette as well in the suite. I did not use it as there is a housekeeper who cooks really great food. I had to tell him in advance if I needed dinner or breakfast and he took care of the rest. I stayed here for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The feelings was like home like rather than staying a strange or new place. Seems like it was a home before, which has been converted to a holiday home. Also I would like to mention that the Lake and mountain view is just superb and scintillating. Above all the price is just so right that I have decided that when I come back again to NainiTal I will make reservations well in advance to make sure I get confirmed booking. A 1800 bucks for a family suite that can comfortably accommodate 4 adults & 1-2 kids. What more I could ask for when the hotel in the vicinity charge an exorbitant 3000-4000 for similar type of accommodation.

Loved this place. It is very economical. Right in the middle of the town, beautiful lake view even from inside the rooms. Nice home cooked food and a very nice housekeeper. Clean washroom, Rooms etc.
